FINALLY!!!!!! A real Mexican restaurant!!!! Since I moved to the United States 21 years ago, I can count with only 1 hand the number of real Mexican restaurants where I've eaten, and this one takes the prize. I ordered the pozole rojo and my husband the al pastor tacos (which came with charro beans). They were both incredibly delicious. The corn tortillas are freshly made. Their menu is so diverse, I can't wait to go back and try everything-- calories be damned! Thank you, Sofia and team for this amazing meal! Oh, and do yourself a favor and order de Pan de Elote

Literally the best Mexican restaurant in Missouri City. Their tacos al pastor are some of the most amazing tacos I’ve ever had and the salsa that they serve with the chips is the best at any restaurant in the city. I can fully endorse this restaurant and I suggest you try it.

La Siberia y La Malinche is hands down one of the best spots for real, traditional Mexican food (not Tex-Mex!). Everything was super fresh and flavorful, especially the salsas. The restaurant was clean, the vibe was great, and our server David was awesome—friendly and on point. We even got to meet the owner, Jorge, who clearly cares about quality and tradition. We’ll definitely be back!

Hidden gem located in Missouri City, I had enchiladas, they were delicious. I enjoyed the chips and salsa. The verde is spicy but delicious. Came here for a business meeting and we had a great time, staff was very attentive. We will be back to host an event here later this month!

We shared a Birria Tacos plate with consomme and a Parrillada beef fajita plate...both were very tasty. The beef fajitas were tender and full of flavor, grilled onions and bell peppers and a pepper and a link of Mexican sausage, this meal came with another plate full of Mexican rice, guacamole, barracho beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and slices of lime and a little shredded lettuce. The sausage was just average. I chose flour tortillas and they were good. The Birria tacos were very good, the consomme dipping sauce was very nice along with chopped cilantro and onions and Mexican rice and slices of lime.

Javier, the owner is not only present, but incredibly attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome and appreciated. The staff are friendly, polite, and efficient, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The entire restaurant is spotless, well-organized, and comfortable. And best of all, the prices are more than fair for the quality you receive. If you’re looking for delicious food with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-visit.

This is a new place in an unassuming shopping center in Missouri City (near 1092 and Cartwright). The place is big and clean. The waitress brought us chips and red and green salsa. They were delicious! My friend ordered the chicken fajita plate and I ordered the chicken enchilada suiza. Both dishes were delicious! The owner told us that they have happy hour from 2-7PM with 5 margaritas. There is also HH with beer but I’m not sure of the price. I will go back to try other dishes.
